Incident Update.
Following the webhook incident on Friday, some merchants may also notice incorrect balances and missing transactions in the Nets Easy Portal. These discrepancies are a result of delayed or undelivered webhook events.
Our technical team is actively working on re‑publishing the affected events to ensure the Portal reflects accurate and complete transaction data. Updates will be applied progressively as the backlog is processed.
